The two sites in Dereham, which once held the Toftwood Medical Centre and Toftwood Dental Practice, are now available to lease with property agent Minors and Brady.
The news comes as local councillors continue to demand answers over the need for improved health care in Toftwood, with one even offering to broker a deal to ensure the surgery returns.
Robin Hunter-Clarke, a Breckland councillor for Reform, has raised significant concerns since the closure of the site in April over a belief that the provisions available to people in Toftwood are not keeping up with the level of growth.

Alongside parish councillor Rob Jamieson, he has demanded action from the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board, which manages health resources, but a meeting is yet to materialise.
Now, following the listing of the Chapel Road property, Mr Hunter-Clarke has pushed for a reopening.
He said: “There is no question patients have suffered because of the closure of the surgery. Toftwood wants its surgery back and it deserves a surgery.
“The ICB does not appear to want to even discuss another Toftwood site and I am concerned by their inaction currently.

“Reopening the original surgery could be a good solution but it will require both the landlord and the ICB to want to seriously negotiate.”
However, a description on the listing suggests the old surgery may not necessarily return as one.
It describes the property as “an ideal site for entrepreneurs looking to establish or expand their business”.
The listing, which features eerie photos of the empty surgery that once looked after more than 3,500 patients, is available for lease at a rate of £2,000 per month.

The surgery has been placed on the market alongside the former site of the Toftwood Dental Practice, which has sat derelict since 2023 when the dentistry moved site and went private.
It is available to let for a rate of £1,200 per month.
