Diarra Dime-Labille graduated from Sciences Po Bordeaux and holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Risk Management for Developing Countries. Her career began at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she held various positions abroad. She notably served as Second Counselor at the French Embassy in Rwanda from 2011 to 2012, Legal Advisor at the French Embassy in the Netherlands from 2014 to 2018, and then Advisor to the “Humanitarian” division at France’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations Office in Geneva from 2018 to 2020.
