A man has thanked a product for being his ‘new buddy’ in business, as it has helped with his ‘procrastination issues’. The product in question is Noggin’s best-seller called OOMPH – a formula that claims to improve energy, mental resilience and focus.
According to the brand, OOMPH has been carefully created by a UK doctor and nutritionists to harness the power of 18 bioavailable ingredients – and it can reportedly help support people’s mental health during stress and burnout. Its unique blend of premium vitamins, minerals, botanical and medicinal mushrooms have been selected for their brain-supportive properties.
OOMPH is currently available on Noggin’s site for £26.40. It claims to reduce tiredness and fatigue, help with clear-thinking and memory, offer more mental clarity and focus, give sustained energy and support the immune and nervous systems.
The man who tried OOMPH said: “My new buddy for building my business. What a help this has been for the past two months. Whoever is having procrastination issues like I’ve had before, get OOMPH and thank me later!”
The product, which comes in the form of capsules, should be taken every day with food, the brand says. Its ingredients include panax ginseng, B vitamins, zinc, rosemary, lions mane mushroom, magnesium and vitamin C.

Noggin, a British brain-health brand, was founded by GP Dr Clara Doran, who is trying to make a difference. After 20 years working in the NHS, Dr Clara says she knows first-hand how tough fatigue, anxiety and brain fog can be.
A decade ago, she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis – a condition that affects the brain and spinal cord – and her own experience of mental exhaustion inspired her to dig deeper. Studying sleep medicine at the University of Edinburgh and functional medicine with the Institute of Functional Medicine, she discovered how powerfully lifestyle and nutrition influence our brain.
Out of that journey, Noggin The Brain People was born, a company that is dedicated to helping people care for their brains through supplementation, education and everyday habits. Dr Clara, a mother, also shares her expertise in her book Heads Up – How to Look After Your Brain So It Will Look After You, which has already had winning rave reviews.

Dr Clara said: “To improve how we feel and support our mental health, we have to start with brain care. I know from my own diagnosis that it can be hard to prioritise this when our lives are so busy but to feel better, we have to start from the top down.”
According to Noggin, there are six changes we can make to help make a ‘big difference’. This includes ditching the caffeine, making movement a non-negotiable, preparing the brain for rest in the evening, cutting back on late-night scrolling, nutrition, and finding mini moments of calm, such as enjoying a cup of tea and finding ways you can pause throughout the day.
An alternative option for shoppers is Brainzyme FOCUS’ Starter Bundle, available from its website for £36.96, reduced from £53.01. The brand says its supplements contain plant and herbal extracts, essential vitamins and minerals that are scientifically proven to support concentration, cognition, energy, memory and mental performance.

Or there’s Mind Provisions’ Productivity Essentials capsules, which claim to help with focus, energy and memory. The brand says this product, made of 15 science-backed ingredients, is made to help ‘beat brain fog and distractions’.
Reviews for Noggin’s products are very positive. One person said: “Oomph does exactly what it says on the tin. I’ve been taking Oomph daily for about six weeks now and I feel sharper, more alert and able to get on with the tasks that I need to complete. The team at Noggin are excellent and provides wonderful advice and really speedy service. You’ve got to give this a try, you won’t regret it.”
Another wrote: “Gave it a go the first time to see the results. Safe to say it works as I’m already subscribed for over a two months!!” While a third said: “Working full-time and parenting two boys is very exhausting. I work manually so you can imagine my energy levels when I come home. My ritual is taking two Oomphs after my lunch and I’m no longer tired as I’d be without it when I come home from work.”
One person left more critical comments. They said: “Don’t feel any different.”
Another said: “I can tell a difference in my ability to focus on intense paperwork oriented tasks I need to complete for work. I was only taking it as needed, but I am thinking this is a supplement that one should take daily for the maximum benefit.”
