UK/France: Tech-enabled operator limehome has launched its first locations in London and Paris.
In the United Kingdom, limehome has opened a property in South London’s Streatham Hill. The converted apartments, spread across two floors, previously served as employee rooms of a pub.
The project moved from signing to opening in under five months, and has been operating since early August.
Beyond London, limehome is seeking to add projects with 20 to 200 keys to its pipeline.
In Paris, limehome has debuted its first property in the centre of Montmartre on Passage Lathuille. Housed in a former hotel, the property opened in early October – three months after signing – with 20 apartments.
Josef Vollmayr, co-founder and co-CEO of limehome, said: “We are convinced that digitally enabled hospitality is becoming the industry baseline. The openings in London and Paris show our ambition to deliver guest convenience and operational efficiency in Europe’s most competitive markets. To our partners, we offer to future-proof almost any commercial real estate asset, whether it’s a former hotel, office or neighbourhood pub.”
