The MoneyGram Haas F1 Team has announced a multi-year partnership with Vellamo Water, appointing the premium Finnish brand as its official hydration partner.

The collaboration underscores both organizations’ commitment to excellence, performance, and sustainability.

Under the agreement, Vellamo Water branding will be prominently featured on the Haas VF-25 race car, driver helmets, team water bottles, and hospitality areas. Beyond visibility, Vellamo will provide tailored hydration solutions to support the performance and recovery of drivers Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman, as well as the broader team, under the intense demands of Formula 1 racing.

Sustainability forms a core pillar of the partnership. Vellamo Water is supplied in recyclable glass bottles and plans to introduce innovative, eco-friendly packaging in 2026, aligning with the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Commenting on the occasion, Ayao Komatsu, Team Principal of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, said, “Vellamo Water is a fantastic addition to our partner portfolio. Their premium water, sourced from Finland’s Ice Age aquifers, aligns with our pursuit of excellence. Hydration is critical in our sport, and Vellamo’s pure, electrolyte-rich water will help our drivers and team personnel perform at their best throughout the demanding F1 season.”

Teemu Oksa, CEO of Vellamo Water, added, “We are thrilled to partner with the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team as their Official Hydration Partner. Formula 1 demands peak performance, and Vellamo’s pure, mineral-rich water, nurtured by Nordic nature, is perfectly suited to fuel the team’s success. Our global footprint and dedication to quality align seamlessly with the dynamic energy of motorsport, and we’re excited to support MoneyGram Haas F1 Team on the world stage.”

Vellamo Water is sourced from the Salpausselkä Ridges in Heinola, Finland, formed over 10,000 years ago by glacial activity. Naturally filtered through layers of granite, sand, and moraine gravel, the water is prized for its exceptional purity, high alkalinity (pH 8.3), and rich electrolyte content, making it ideal for athletes and high-performance environments.

The MoneyGram Haas F1 Team will next compete in Round 19 of the 2025 FIA Formula 1 World Championship at the United States Grand Prix, held at the Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas. Currently ninth in the championship standings with 46 points, the team is targeting strong finishes in the final rounds to improve its position ahead of the 2026 season.

This multi-year partnership with Vellamo Water represents a strategic alignment of two brands dedicated to peak performance, innovation, and sustainability, further enhancing the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team’s efforts to support its drivers, staff, and global fanbase.
