You can take the Bhoy out of Glasgow.

But you can’t take Glasgow out of the Bhoy.

It’s been more than two decades since Henrik Larsson called time on his Magnificent Seven years at Parkhead.

But after teaming up with his son at Copenhagen, ex- Celtic star Mo Elyounoussi revealed Jordan regularly picks his brains about the Hoops.

Elyounoussi told Record Sport : “Yeah, of course! Obviously he’s having his time there and his dad is coming to most of the games as well.

“So I have chatted to him about Celtic as well.

“It’s funny, because I’ve seen some pictures of him going on the pitch with his dad.

“Now our kids go to the same school and are really good friends. My boys and his boy.

“They are where he was. So he experienced firsthand how it is to be the son of a player, so it’s funny.

“He’s an important player for us. He’s scored a lot of important goals and he’s a player I enjoy playing with as well.

“He knows everything about Glasgow having been there for a few years.

“He remembers some places that I have been too as well.”

Celtic fans often romanticise about Jordan following in his dad’s footsteps and donning the iconic ‘Larsson 7’ jersey in the green and white hoops.

But Elyounoussi added: “I don’t know. Sometimes it’s nice just to leave it as it is. His father is obviously a big figure at Celtic.

“I don’t know if that’s ever crossed his mind but I think he’s very happy where he’s at at the moment.”
