People are being urged to look out for a missing teenager who is believed to be in Manchester.

Officers are searching for missing 14-year-old Bethany.

She was last seen in Dove Holes, in the High Peak, Derbyshire, at 10.55am on Friday morning (April 25).

Derbyshire Police believes the youngster may have travelled to Manchester.

Bethany is described as being around 5ft 7ins tall, with brown hair.

She is believed to be wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a black top and black-and-orange Nike trainers.

A Derbyshire Police spokesperson said: “Our concern for Bethany’s welfare is growing and we are now turning to the public for help in finding her.

“We want to hear from anyone who has seen her or knows where she might be now.”

Anyone who sees Bethany or has information on her whereabouts is urged to come forward as soon as possible.

Contact Derbyshire Police by calling 101, by private message on Facebook, or using the force’s online contact form, quoting incident number 414 of April 25, 2025.

Information can also be passed on anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
