Watch: Half of public want Belfast City Airport to keep George Best’s name
People are deeply divided over Belfast City Airport continuing to be named after George Best, according to a new poll. Half of those surveyed want the late footballer’s name to stay, but nearly four in 10 say it should be dropped. There is stronger support among unionists for the link to remain, the LucidTalk survey for the Belfast Telegraph suggested.
