Foo Fighters vocalist/guitarist Dave Grohl recently gave a bit of a shoutout to nü-metal pioneers Korn on social media. In a post made yesterday, November 01st, Grohl shared the below shot of himself in one of the limited edition Korn x Adidas tracksuits. Grohl was wearing the recreation of the iconic purple sequined tracksuit originally made famous by Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis in the pic. He added the caption, “This time of year always makes me think of Kornfields.”
His nod did not go unnoticed by members of the multi-platinum Bakersfield, CA outfit, as you can see in the below cap of the comments on that post, vocalist Jonathan Davis, guitarist James “Munky” Shaffer and drummer Ray Luzier all chimed in.
