LFC Foundation itself earned the Premier League Community Club of the Season accolade.

Over the past season, the Reds’ official charity successfully delivered 64 community projects and more than 11,000 sessions, supporting 145,000 people and generating £80.3 million in social value for the Liverpool City Region.

The Foundation’s impact has also extended globally, with programmes spanning five countries and engaging nearly 20,000 international participants.

Paul Kelly, the lead/U21 physiotherapist at the LFC Academy, was presented with the Fabrice Muamba Award for Outstanding Services to Football Medicine and Performance.

Kelly has been with the Reds since 2016, after previous roles elsewhere in the north west with Blackpool, Blackburn Rovers and Manchester City.

This year’s ceremony also carried special significance as the Women’s Manager of the Season Award was renamed in memory of Matt Beard, honouring his extraordinary contribution to women’s football and his lasting legacy at Liverpool.

Matt’s brother, Mark, presented the award to Marc Skinner of Manchester United.
