It’s November, which means shorter, darker days, cold, wet outings and the excuse to stay inside as much as possible – but it also means Children in Need is coming round again. This year, Pudsey and the team, along with partners, celebrity collaborators, and friends, are hosting a big celebration – lovingly named Pudsey’s Piazza – in Salford, the home of BBC Children in Need – and everyone’s invited!

This November, BBC Children in Need invites you to celebrate in person at MediaCityUK, right where the magic happens – on the same day the big night of TV is broadcast live. For one day only, the MediaCityUK piazza will be transformed into Pudsey’s Piazza, packed with exciting activities and treats for all ages.

To mark the 2025 Appeal theme, ‘Challenge Yourself’, the Children in Need is bringing together some amazing partners with fun and interactive experiences for you, your friends, and your family:
- Greggs will be arriving in their double-decker bus, packed with treats.
- McDonald’s will host Fun Football sessions joined by special guests on a pop-up pitch, plus other thrilling activities and chances to win branded goodies.
- Spud Bros, social media superstars, are back with their brand-new Spudmobile, selling ‘Spudseys’ in support of BBC Children in Need.
- Following Greg James’ Red Arrows challenge, the RAF will be on-site with a real life Red Arrows jet replica – meet genuine pilots and snap a photo in the cockpit.

DJ AG Charity Livestream

TikTok sensation DJ AG will also be joining the fun for a special charity livestream on Appeal Day. Known for his spontaneous street performances and community-driven music culture, DJ AG has collaborated with major artists including Skepta, Jessie J, and Ed Sheeran. Don’t miss this unforgettable live set!
This year, DJ AG has been challenged to perform the charity livestream featuring a total of 25 stream guests. The livestream will also feature the BBC Children in Need donation sticker, offering viewers the opportunity to pledge their support.
How to get a ticket
- Book your FREE ticket here
- Then head to The Open Centre in Dock10 Studios to exchange it for your livestream audience wristband on Friday 14th November from 14:30.
You can tune into BBC Children in Need on BBC One or iPlayer from 7pm on Friday 14th November, and you can pledge a donation online, by text or phone here.
