As we build up to the results of the Grand Final of Your Voix, it’s time to reveal the results of the non-qualifiers from Semi-Final Two.
Hundreds of votes from across the globe determined the ten acts that qualified from Semi-Final One, but six songs were left behind in Semi-Final Two. We’ll take a look at the acts that placed 16th to 11th, revealing the points they scored and where those points were received from.
Finishing in last place in Semi-Final Two is Mariam Shengelia from Georgia with her song “Freedom”. Should this happen in Basel, this would be the fourth time Georgia has finished last in a Semi-Final. Georgia scored two points from the national votes, its points came from:
- Armenia – 1 point
- Denmark – 1 point
In fifteenth place is Serbia, represented by Princ with “Mila”. Serbia hasn’t failed to qualify for a Eurovision Song Contest final since 2017, when Tijana Bogićević finished 11th in Kyiv, Ukraine. Placing 15th would be Serbia’s worst result to date if it were to occur in Basel. Serbia was awarded 8 points, all of which came from the Austrian vote.
Israel was 14th with the votes that took part in Your Voix. Yuval Raphael with “New Day Will Rise” scored a total of 18 points, its points were received from:
- Armenia – 6 points
- Malta – 6 points
- Australia – 1 point
- Austria – 1 point
- Czechia – 1 point
- Lithuania – 1 point
- Montenegro – 1 point
- United Kingdom – 1 point
Ireland finds itself in thirteenth place, just 1 point ahead of the Israeli entry. Emmy with “Laika Party” received points from six of the national votes as part of Your Voix, the points allocated were:
- Armenia – 4 points
- Finland – 4 points
- Greece – 4 points
- Luxembourg – 5 points
- Malta – 1 point
- United Kingdom – 1 point
Almost reaching 30 points and placing in twelfth with the voters is Parg from Armenia with “Survivor”. Should this be repeated in Basel this would be the first time since the 2019 contest in Tel Aviv, Israel that Armenia fails to qualify for a final.
The points received by Armenia were:
- Israel – 7 points
- Georgia – 6 points
- Lithuania – 5 points
- Denmark – 4 points
- Austria – 2 points
- Luxembourg – 2 points
- France – 1 point
Missing out on a place in the Grand Final of Your Voix is Montenegro represented by Nina Žižić with “Dobrodošli”. If this were to happen this would be the best result Montenegro has had in the Eurovision Song Contest since they last qualified for the final in 2015.
The points awarded to Montenegro were:
- Austria – 6 points
- Latvia – 6 points
- Australia – 5 points
- Ireland – 3 points
- Lithuania – 3 points
- Serbia – 3 points
- Georgia – 2 points
- Malta – 2 point
- Israel – 1 point
- Rest of the World – 1 point
Your Voix will continue tomorrow as we begin to reveal the points awarded by the national votes from the thirty-seven countries competing in Eurovision 2025 as well as the Rest of the World vote.
