A luxury London developer has acquired the Stanmore Gardens site, located behind the shops in Stanmore Broadway, with plans for a reported major £180 million residential-led development.
Gracie Group confirmed it has purchased the 2.58-acre site from Notting Hill Genesis. The land already has planning consent for residential and retail uses, but according to reports, the company has been in “positive discussions” with Harrow Council and the Greater London Authority about the potential for an enhanced mixed-use scheme.

The development would form part of Gracie Group’s growing London portfolio, which now totals around £550 million in residential and mixed-use projects.
At this stage, details about the future plans for the Stanmore site have not been confirmed, but the area covers much of the car park behind Lidl.
Harrow Online has approached Gracie Group for further information about what the new development could include and when work might begin.
