A knifeman who stabbed a man in Birmingham city centre remains on the run from West Midlands Police, the force confirmed.
No arrests have been made after a man suffered serious injuries in a stabbing on Clement Street, near Sand Pits, on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre.
The victim was found with stab wounds at around 3.15am in the early hours of Sunday morning, November 2. Now, over a week on, the attacker remains at large.

In a new statement, police confirmed there had been no update since the initial comment. His injuries were described as serious, but not life-threatening.
At the time, West Midlands Police had said: “We’re investigating after a man was found with stab injuries near the junction of Clement Street and The Parade at around 3.15am today (2 November).
“The man has been taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.
“We’re reviewing CCTV as part of our enquiries in the area to establish what happened and who was involved.

A fresh statement from West Midlands Ambulance Service added: “We were called to reports of a stabbing on Clement Street in Birmingham at 3.17am on Sunday, November 1.
“An ambulance was sent to the scene and colleagues from St John Ambulance were in attendance. A man was treated for serious injuries and conveyed to hospital.”
The road was closed off for several hours by police, with a dramatic scene erected in the street. Three police tents were seen as police carried out CCTV enquiries in the area.
