Things are about to get messy in EastEnders next week as newcomer Jasmine takes a shady turn and ropes Oscar into a crime that could blow up in both their faces.
Next week, we’ll see Oscar fall further under Jasmine’s spell, completely unaware that she’s got her sights set on one of Walford’s locals for reasons she’s keeping to herself.
Oscar tries to impress Jasmine
Oscar’s been smitten with Jasmine for weeks, and next week he’s still trying to get closer to her. But instead of finding romance, he finds trouble.
Jasmine clearly knows how to get what she wants, and Oscar’s too caught up in her charm to notice the warning signs. When she suddenly pulls off a bold move, stealing Anthony’s surgery keys, he’s stunned.
At first, he laughs it off, assuming she’s joking. But Jasmine is deadly serious, and before long, she’s convincing him to sneak into the surgery with her.
Later that evening, the pair quietly let themselves into the surgery. The mood shifts fast, what started as a bit of thrill-seeking suddenly feels wrong, and Oscar starts to panic.
While he worries about getting caught, Jasmine stays cool and focused. It’s clear this wasn’t some random stunt; she’s got a plan.

Once inside, she heads straight for Anthony’s office and wastes no time logging into his computer. Oscar thinks she’s just messing around, but she’s actually searching for something specific.
The whole thing leaves Oscar rattled, not least because he realises Jasmine’s far more calculated than he thought.
What’s Jasmine up to?
Viewers have been wondering for weeks what Jasmine’s deal is, and this latest stunt only deepens the mystery. Her interest in Anthony’s surgery seems deliberate, and the fact that she’s using Oscar to help her suggests she’s hiding something big.
We don’t yet know what she’s looking for on Anthony’s computer, but given the lengths she’s willing to go to, it’s clearly important.
And as always in Walford, secrets like this don’t stay buried for long.
It’s not long before Oscar starts to regret what he’s done. Sneaking into a GP surgery isn’t exactly a small mistake, and with Anthony bound to notice his missing keys, it’s only a matter of time before questions start being asked.
The big problem for Oscar is that he’s got no idea what Jasmine actually did once they were inside. If she’s hiding something serious, he could end up caught in the middle, and possibly taking the blame.

Meanwhile, Jasmine’s calm exterior suggests she’s not too worried. Whatever her game is, she’s several steps ahead, and Oscar might just be the first person to get burned.
Her obsession with Cindy Beale hasn’t gone unnoticed with Walford residents, as many questions still hang over that.
Jasmine’s arrival has already stirred things up, and this latest twist confirms she’s not just another face on the Square. Smart, secretive and willing to break the law to get what she wants, she’s clearly playing a long game, and now that she’s crossed a line, it’s anyone’s guess where her story will go next.
