Malfunctioning traffic lights has left shoppers trapped in car park congestion for more than two hours.
Motorists reported moving just a few feet in a two hours in Bristol on Saturday afternoon, with dozens of cars unable to leave the Cabot Circus shopping centre car park.
A number of roads in the area are experiencing long queues, including Bond Street, Temple Way, The Haymarket, Newfoundland Way and St James Barton Roundabout, according to Google Maps.
A spokesperson for the council said part of the issue stemmed from a faulty traffic light, and that contractors were on site. Cabot Circus has been approached for a comment.
