An Edinburgh man found injured on a major road was rushed to hospital on Saturday afternoon.

Around 1pm on November 15, police and paramedics raced to Queensferry Road after being made aware of the incident.

Officers received reports of an injured male and a 35-year-old was taken to hospital. He was treated for minor injuries.

Inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances. It’s understood the incident took place near Miller and Carter at Cramond Brig.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1pm on Saturday, 15 November, 2025, we received a report of a man injured on Queensferry Road, Edinburgh.

“Emergency services attended, and a 35-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment with minor injuries.

“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the cause of the injuries.”
