An Edinburgh teenager has not been seen by his family for nearly two weeks, with police growing “increasingly concerned.”

An appeal has been shared by officers searching for 16-year-old Kelvin Boamah from Craigmillar.

Kelvin was last seen by his family on April 15 and police say he may have shaved his hair. He is described as 6ft tall and was last seen wearing a black jacket, black trousers and black and white shoes.

Kelvin has access to public transport, although police believe he remains in the northeast of Edinburgh.

Inspector Stewart Massie of Craigmillar Police Station said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Kelvin and would ask anyone with information to make contact with us.”
