Hull FC will take on fellow Super League opposition Huddersfield Giants in Brad Fash’s official testimonial match. The pre-season game will be played at Brantingham Park in nearby Elloughton on Sunday, 25 January. Kick-off is 2pm.

Fash has been granted a full year’s testimonial by the RFL for the 2026 season. He made his Hull debut back in 2015 and is closing in on 200 appearances for the club. He has also featured on loan at Leigh, Toronto Wolfpack, and Doncaster and also made one appearance for England Knights.

Turning 30 in January, Fash’s testimonial match will be the first run-out for John Cartwright’s squad in 2026. It is the first of two pre-season games, with the side then heading to Wigan Warriors as part of Liam Marshall’s testimonial game the following week – Sunday, 1 February. That game will take place at the DW Stadium.

Meanwhile, Fash’s testimonial could be the first chance to see some of Hull’s new signings in action, with the likes of Jake Arthur, Joe Phillips, Arthur Romano, Connor Bailey, Sam Lisone, and Joe Batchelor already in pre-season training.

The competitive season will then begin with Challenge Cup action on the weekend of February 7-8. The draws for the first and second rounds will be made on Monday. Super League then begins on Thursday, 12 February, with the full fixture list out on November 27.
