The service at Ruthin Road aims to reduce congestion and tackle illegal and dangerous parking in the city centre.
It will be running ahead of the games against Bristol City on Wednesday, November 26, and Blackburn Rovers on Saturday, November 29.
Buses will start running from 5.45pm for the Bristol City game, which kicks off at 7.45pm.
They will depart from Mold Road, outside the Racecourse Ground, at 9.45pm, 10.05pm, 10.25pm, 10.45pm, and 11.05pm.
The car park will close at 11.45pm.
For the Blackburn game, buses will start running from 1pm for the 3pm kick off.
After the match, they will depart at 5pm, 5.20pm, 5.40pm, 6pm, and 6.20pm.
The car park closes at 7pm.
Wrexham Council said: “Wrexham AFC fans have two home matches to look forward to next week – let’s get the word out that there is plenty of room for them to park at the Ruthin Road park and ride!
“The park and ride aims to prevent congestion in the city centre as well as illegal and dangerous parking on match days, both of which are problems for those living near the Racecourse Ground and those trying to access the city centre to shop.
“The park and ride aims to prevent both of these things – traffic is taken out of the city centre and your car is parked safely and conveniently (remember that parking enforcement officers are out and about on matchdays!).”
The cost of the service is £1 return for adults and 50p for children.
The service operates from Wrexham Council’s offices at Ruthin Road, Wrexham LL13 7TU.
The council added: “Using the Ruthin Road Park & Ride also means that your car is parked safely and conveniently.”
Parking enforcement officers will be patrolling the city centre on match days.
