A new cafe is set to open its doors on one of the city’s most famous streets. Maison Café, a new independent neighbourhood café, is officially opening at Bold Street on Monday, November 24, offering freshly baked croissants supplied by Liverpool favourite Butterholic, specialty coffee by global favourite Allpress, all-day brunch, and modern favourites including its signature matcha and açaí.

To celebrate the launch, Maison Café is giving away 500 free matchas in partnership with Sip Matcha London available from tomorrow (Monday) through to Wednesday, November 26.

Open daily from 8am to 6pm, the café features fresh interiors, relaxed seating and a calming cream and green ambiance, bringing a touch of Parisian café charm.

The unit was formerly the Organico juice bar and eatery, which closed down earlier this year. It was previously Koop before Organico, a restaurant specialising in fried chicken.

The new business venture, which deals in coffee, brunch, and pastries, posted behind-the-scenes pictures to its Instagram account.

A spokesman wrote: “The buttery smell of fresh croissants is filling the air on Bold St. Your new morning ritual is nearly here, serving the best by our Liverpool local partner.”

Maison will be the newest addition to the famous street after the opening of Pret A Manger on October 31.

The popular coffee and sandwich chain took over the building in between Haute Dolci dessert restaurant and the Cat Cafe, which was formerly the SK:N clinic.
