Officers from the Solihull Priority Crime Team, along with the Leos (Lyndon, Elmdon, Olton & Silhill) neighbourhood team, carried out the drugs warrant on Tuesday (November 18), at a property on Rowood Drive in Solihull.

Inside, the team found over 50 cannabis plants along with growing equipment.

The electricity meter had also been bypassed to power the grow.

Police are investigating to establish who has been using the property to grow the cannabis.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “If you have any information, please call 101 quoting 20/447178/25.

“Alternatively, to give information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
