Leeds United fans want him gone, but it looks as if Daniel Farke has survived another week and will remain in charge for this weekend’s clash against Manchester City.
Another defeat, a fifth loss in six Premier League matches, has seen fans turn on Daniel Farke. At full-time, the West Stand bellowed “you don’t know what you’re doing” in the direction of the Leeds manager.
Should Leeds sack Daniel Farke?
Is it toxic at the moment? Well, Leeds fans are clearly fed up with Farke and a fan even attempted to make his way to the home dugout during the second half on Sunday. It was a better display, but still a 2-1 loss.
Ahead of games against Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool, fans are calling for a change. But nothing has come out from Leeds since the defeat and it feels like the 49ers are sticking with their man, for now.

Farke is certainly the manager under the most pressure in the Premier League at the moment and Chris Sutton discussed the German gaffer on BBC’s Monday Night Club. Sutton has defended Farke in the past.
But predicting what is going to happen with the former Norwich City manager, Sutton believes that it is going to get “ugly” quickly at Elland Road because of Leeds’ next run of games, starting with Man City.
“There is always going to be uncertainty, but I think it could turn ugly quite quickly with the fans. They have a tough run now,” Sutton declared during the latest episode of Monday Night Club last night.

What Daniel Farke and the pundits said about his future as Leeds manager after Aston Villa loss:
Jamie Carragher: “The longer this run continues for Leeds, you would fear for the manager.”
Aidy White: “For me, replacing the manager, I’m not sure it’s definitely the right thing to do now, given the games we have coming up.
Daniel Farke: “Believe me, in terms of pressure, the first day you walk in the door as Leeds United manager, you have pressure.”
The issue Paraag Marathe has with sacking Daniel Farke now
When Leeds sacked Jesse Marsch in February 2023, Andrea Radrizzani and the board didn’t have anyone to come in immediately. It saw now-Lincoln City boss Michael Skubala take over for three matches.
Leeds missed out on Unai Emery, Julen Lopetegui, Arne Slot and Andoni Iraola before eventually bringing in Javi Gracia. Why? Because potential options on the list felt Leeds were already destined for relegation.
Although the season is much younger this time around, what manager is going to want to take over at Leeds with Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool next? It is going to take a mammoth effort just to win a point.
It has been reported that Marathe is desperate to avoid making the same mistake with Farke, as Leeds did with Marsch. But for the next three matches, or at least the next two, Leeds will struggle to replace Farke.
