A hotel in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter has changed hands in an off-market transaction facilitated by Enterprise Hotels & Hospitality.
New World Hospitality has acquired the 105-bedroom BLOC Hotel Birmingham from Arora Group for an undisclosed sum.
Purpose-built and freehold, BLOC Birmingham opened in 2011 and has delivered strong trading results since. The property features contemporary design across 105 rooms, including windowless bedrooms from 9.5 sqm to luxury apartments of 21 sq m, all equipped with amenities.
