Kevin Doyle, easyJet UK country manager, said: “In our 30th year, we’re still as committed as ever to making travel easy and affordable for our customers in the UK.

“With three new routes and package holidays now available to book from Bristol Airport for next summer, in addition to two we announced last month, we’re continuing to provide our customers in the South West with even more choice and connectivity at fantastic fares, and we look forward to welcoming them onboard.”

Commercial director at Bristol Airport Rupert Lawrie said: “We are delighted to see easyJet continue to grow its network from Bristol. Seville is a fantastic new destination in our route network.

“Beyond being a vibrant and culturally rich city-break, the region is of particular significance to our business travellers, and in particular the aerospace sector in the West of England, due to the strong ties with Airbus’ Seville hub and the Andalusian aerospace cluster.

“Bari is also an exciting new route for customers, as Bristol Airport will be the only English airport outside of London to offer direct flights to this stunning region of Italy. We anticipate strong demand for inbound customers visiting the South West, supporting our region’s economy.

“And Cape Verde is another excellent holiday hotspot joining our summer schedule, providing even more choice for customers seeking year-round sunshine and a unique island experience.

“These additions come alongside the launch of Vienna and Verona in December, further enhancing the breadth of destinations available from Bristol. We look forward to continuing our strong partnership with easyJet, as we offer more routes and improved services for those travelling from Bristol Airport.”
