Brisbois is pleased to welcome John Tambascia to its Newark office
as a partner in the General Liability andProfessional
LiabilityPractices. With over 25 years of experience handling all
aspects of complex civil litigation, Mr. Tambascia has successfully
tried cases throughout state and federal courts in New York, New
Jersey, and Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Tambascia has
consistently achieved positive outcomes on behalf of clients
through alternative dispute resolution. He focuses his practice on
matters involving professional malpractice as well as products
liability, construction, and transportation. Notably, Mr. Tambascia
has pioneered the use of scale models for the purpose of evaluating
how events underlying complex cases have occurred. He previously
practiced with Pillinger Miller Tarallo where he was a partner.
In discussing his decision to join Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Tambascia

Mr. Tambascia earned his law degree from Penn State Dickinson
Law and his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College. He is
admitted to practice in federal and state court in New Jersey, New
York, and Pennsylvania as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
