There are also opportunities to take part in conservation tasks.
The trust is keen to hear from anyone with a passion for nature.

Sarah Hodgson, a centre officer, said: “All that is required to be a volunteer is a passion for the natural environment and the desire to make a difference for wildlife in Dorset.
“No previous experience is needed as we will provide regular training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.”
Dave, an engagement volunteer at the Wild Chesil Centre, said: “I volunteer at the Wild Chesil Centre for a number of reasons: to help keep the centre running smoothly; to expand my knowledge of the local wildlife and the work of Dorset Wildlife Trust; to meet and have interesting conversations with visitors to the centre.”
Janet, a volunteer at Kingcombe, said: “Making new friends with like-minded people, the enjoyment of working in a team and all the benefits of working in nature and knowing you’re making a valuable contribution, however small, whilst widening one’s knowledge of wildlife.”
The trust will hold open days at each of its centres in February and March, where prospective volunteers can meet staff and current volunteers to find out more about the roles.
Anyone interested, aged 18 or over, should contact the relevant visitor centre to register their interest.
