The Prince and Princess of Wales have released a new photograph in a post wishing their social media followers a merry Christmas.
The image, which shows Catherine and William with their three children George, Charlotte and Louis, was taken by Josh Shinner at Sandringham in April. Their post reads: “Wishing everyone a very Happy Christmas.”
The couple had previously shared an image from the same shoot to mark Prince Louis’s seventh birthday in April.

The Waleses are spending the festive season together and are expected to be joining the King and rest of the royal family at Sandringham in Norfolk on Christmas Day.
The family recently moved into the eight-bedroom Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park. The change is seen as a fresh start for the Waleses after Kate’s recovery from cancer, which she announced at the start of this year, following what William branded a “brutal” 2024.
Shinner, who has worked for Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, previously photographed the Waleses in black and white for their 2023 Christmas card.
