Beast James Rennie was spotted in Edinburgh before his release
And now it’s understood that the beast has been released from Castle Huntly nick, near Dundee.
Scottish Tory justice spokesman Liam Kerr told the Daily Mail: “Scots will be sickened that this predatory offender is back on our streets.
“He should have spent the rest of his life behind bars.
“His release is an insult to the victims and their families.

“This disgraceful case is yet another damning example of the SNP‘s soft-touch justice system, which constantly puts the needs of criminals first.”
It comes after we revealed paedo network ringleader Rennie and accomplice Neil Strachan, 57, were spotted wandering the streets and staying in the same digs.
The move towards releasing two of Scotland’s most notorious paedophiles simultaneously was branded “a risk to public safety”.
Rennie who sexually assaulted a baby, and Strachan who tried to rape an 18-month-old boy, were seen walking the streets during leave from an open prison for prolonged stays in an offenders’ hostel.

The sick duo were jailed in 2009 after they were caught heading the country’s biggest paedophile ring — involving eight members and a haul of 125,000 horrific child abuse images and videos.
Prison chiefs allowed them to stay in the same digs in Edinburgh in what is believed to be part of a programme for their permanent release into the community.
Insiders told The Scottish Sun that Rennie and Strachan get week-long stays at the Crane Hostel in the capital’s New Town.
And the fiends’ visits to the facility — which lies just 0.7 miles from a primary school — even overlap.
Scottish Tory deputy spokeswoman on victims and community safety, Sharon Dowey, said: “Victims will be disgusted that these predatory criminals are freely walking about in Edinburgh.
Sources say the paedophile partnership freely fraternised during their spell at low security Castle Huntly nick, near Dundee.
