First Minster Michelle O’Neill had an unexpected visitor on Christmas Eve when Santa stopped in at Stormont ahead of setting off on his journey.
Sharing a video to her social media it shows Ms O’Neill taking a call from reception saying there was an “urgent” visitor there to see her.

In the video Santa apologises for the last minute visit but asks Ms O’Neill to sign off the nice list allowing him to deliver his presents to all the NI children who were good this year.
The First Minister happily ticks off the list before wishing Santa good luck on his journey.
