Back to the Mean Girls showing from ATG Tickets, shoppers writing on Show Score, about a previous showing of Mean Girls in the West End loved the show. One shopper said: “This show surpassed our expectations. It was amazingly funny, songs were great, casting was brilliant. Seats were spacious-it’s always lovely to have leg room lol.”
Another said: “So fun and enjoyable! The screens were so clever and amazing. It was incredibly well done; the choreography was wonderful and the whole show was just high energy, really impressive. The quick changes by the ensemble on stage gave me double takes! A well done adaptation of a classic movie – this is how they should be done correctly on stage. The cast was brilliant – great actors and powerful singers. Georgina (Regina) especially was a favourite of mine and lovely to meet at stage door, which was also a great experience.”
A third added: “Such a fun show with catchy music. Utterly enjoyable and a wonderful Valentine’s date night. Georgina and the rest of the cast were lovely at stage door and all were superb on stage.”
Other shoppers left feedback however, one shopper found they didn’t enjoy the story. They said: “Talented cast full of outstanding singers. I’m not a fan of this kind of story but the songs were memorable and catchy and there were some great comedy moments.”
Another added: “It’s exactly what you’d expect it to be. Almost felt like a parody of musical movie-adaptations at times. The cast and humour saved it.”
