ATG Tickets has got numerous five-star ratings on Trustpilot, with customers particularly commending their accessibility provisions. One reviewer highlighted their disability programme, stating: “ATG are simply amazing.
“I didn’t realise they had a disability scheme, I contacted them as my daughter has ADHD and ASC as well as a rare autoimmune condition… She is an avid musical theatre fan and we can now afford to go and enjoy shows together making incredible memories. I can’t thank ATG enough for all they have done and their support.”
Another customer noted: “Really helpful in finding us the most appropriate seats for the Paddington Musical.”
A third commented: “Madaline went overboard to help us with an accessible booking for 2 x wheelchair users to see Wicked The Musical.”
But one critic remarked that while the production was “excellent,” they felt the music was “rather too loud”. Another observer noted the “story was a little absurd at times,” though they still relished the “great dancing, acting and singing”.
