The M90 motorway was partially blocked, southbound, after the accident between junctions 1c and 1b.
Traffic Scotland said it was a “road traffic collision” and it’s not yet clear the extent of the incident.
Ambulances have been pictured on the scene by the organisation’s cameras, and queues have built up as a result.
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
