A residential development site on Hagley Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, has been sold to WB Property Group, who will deliver the scheme for Citizen Housing.
The 52-unit site, with a gross development value of £16m, includes planning consent for 10 townhouses and 42 apartments, alongside car, cycle, and motorcycle parking. Construction is expected to start shortly, with a programme duration of around two years.
Knight Frank’s Regional Residential Development team acted on behalf of Calthorpe Estates to market the site and secure the buyer.
