Services for operators Transport for Wales and West Midlands Railway, both of which operate services through Hereford, have announced cancellations on January 10.
West Midlands Railway
No trains between Shrewsbury and Birmingham New Street (until the end of today)
Following severe weather the line between Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton is closed. Rail replacement transport is operating in both directions between Shrewsbury and Birmingham New Street.
No trains between Birmingham New Street and Lichfield Trent Valley / Rugeley Trent Valley (until approximately 10am)
Urgent repairs to the track are required between Birmingham New Street and Lichfield Trent Valley / Rugeley Trent Valley and as a result all lines are currently closed.
Rail replacement transport is operating between Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield Trent Valley, and also between Walsall and Rugeley Trent Valley, until approximately 9am.
You can use your ticket on National Express bus routes between Birmingham New Street and Sutton Coldfield, and also between Birmingham New Street and Walsall in both directions, until midday.

- No trains between Shrewsbury and Swansea (via Heart of Wales line)
- Disruption between Shrewsbury / Machynlleth and Aberystwyth
- Disruption between Shrewsbury / Machnylleth and Pwllheli
