Robert Rhodes, who was found guilty of murdering his wife in their home eight years after being cleared of the crime, is due to be sentenced today.
Rhodes, 52, was convicted of stabbing Dawn Rhodes in the neck, after initially being acquitted in 2017 when he claimed he killed her in self-defence.
His conviction in December 2025 came under double jeopardy rules after new evidence from his child, who revealed to their therapist that they had been coerced into aiding their father and covering up the crime.
The hearing at Inner London Crown Court is expected to start at 11:00 GMT, and our reporters in court will be bringing you the key details.
Mrs Justice Naomi Ellenbogen will deliver her sentencing remarks later this afternoon, which you will be able to watch at the top of the page.
