Residents in the Hinton area have been alerted to potential problems with their water this morning.

In a post on social media, Bristol Water confirmed it was aware of issues with “very poor pressure” or even no water at all in the Hinton BS14 area of Bristol as of 6.33am today.

The firm’s Twitter /X account stated: “Some of you may be experiencing no water or very poor pressure.

“Our crew is on route to investigate this.

“We will endeavour to restore your water as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your patience.”
