The former headquarters of mechanical and electrical contractors DPL Group at Greenwich Business Park has been repurposed into a new business premises.
DPL redeveloped its former office at Greenwich Business Park after relocating to larger premises at Bluestem Road last year.

Ipswich MP Jack Abbott and United Nations judge Peter Herbert were also star guests at the opening.

The building is now home to two growing wellness businesses – YU Integrative Health and The Holistic Wellness Training Centre, which includes Shine by ES Consulting and PPB.
DPL company chairs Fran and Gary Dinsdale were behind the revamp.
“Our former headquarters at Greenwich Business Park are where a big part of our journey took place,” said Fran.

“After 25 years and a lot of growth, we were fortunate to be able to move into a larger space.
“It felt right that our former office could now help other businesses focus on building their own futures.

“We hope this new business hub will act as an incubator for up-and-coming businesses, giving them a place to establish and grow.”
DPL moved into their new offices, in Bluestem Road, in 2025.

Rebecca Chung, from YU Integrative Health – which specialises in traditional Chinese medicine – said Fran had supported her from the start of her career.
She was also her first paying client when she launched the business.
“I used to take my mobile massage bed to her home when I was pregnant with my son,” she said.
“Fran has been there with me on my journey from the start – from when I was working mobile, to working from a spare bedroom in my home, to opening my first clinic and now moving into this exciting new space.

“To be given the chance by Fran and Gary to use this space as a clinic was an opportunity I just could not miss out on.
“I now have a room with two beds and plenty of parking, meaning people can do sessions together or multi-bed acupuncture, making it affordable for everyone.
“This is particularly useful for clients going through fertility treatment and IVF, as they can be there together for the therapy and treatment.”
The Holistic Wellness Training Centre, which is home to PPB and Shine by ES Consulting, was founded by Darnte Wilson and Ellisha Soanes. It brings together fitness, mental health, education, mentoring and creative media.
“This space exists to create opportunity,” said Ellisha. “It’s about supporting people at every stage of their journey – physically, mentally and professionally.”
