Worldwide Signings Memorabilia, at Romford Shopping Hall, is hosting a meet and greet with Charlie Magri on Saturday, January 31, as part of a fundraiser for the boxer.

The former British, European and WBC world flyweight champion opened up to The Sun in December 2025 about his Alzheimer’s diagnosis, revealing that he is now struggling to get by after losing his cleaning job.

Charlie’s event at Romford Shopping Hall is free to attend, but all proceeds from signed memorabilia will go to the boxer.

He will be signing gloves and photos, as well as taking pictures with fans, between 12pm and 2pm on January 31.

Andy Brace, owner of Worldwide Signings, said: “It has been well documented recently that the former British, European and WBC world flyweight champion Charlie Magri is now suffering from Alzheimer’s and is now facing one of the hardest fights of his life.

“Please turn up and give the man who was arguably, pound for pound the best fighter in the country in the early eighties a day to remember.

“Whatever we take on the day will go in his pocket so even if you’ve met him before…turn up again!”
