Bristol City host Derby County at Ashton Gate on Friday, January 30th (8pm).

After a winless run of three matches, City ran out 2-0 winners over the struggling Sheffield Wednesday in their last outing to record their second league win of 2026.

Ross McCrorie returned from suspension and assisted top performer Scott Twine, who opened the scoring before Sam Bell bagged his first since returning from his loan spell to seal the deal.

Saturday’s win saw Radek Vítek keep his ninth clean sheet of the season, levelling him with Ipswich’s Christian Walton and Carl Rushworth of Coventry City, who are also leading the league with nine each.

Currently seventh, the Robins are just one point behind sixth-place Wrexham.

Earlier this season the Rams came from a goal down to secure a point, cancelling out Twine’s first-half opener in the reverse fixture.

After Friday evening’s action, Gerhard Struber’s side travels to Hull City on Saturday, February 7th (3pm).
