Footwear and sportswear retailer, Footasylum, will open a new 9,585-square-foot store taking over the unit previously owned by Designer Rooms.
The retailer has operated from the centre before but is now making a comeback with a significantly larger unit.

David Pierotti, general manager of Silverburn, said: “We’re pleased to welcome back Footasylum and see it expand with a significantly larger unit in Silverburn.
“Its return adds another great dynamic to our already diverse mix of fashion brands and is another strong step forward in our ongoing commitment to offer the very best retail and leisure experience to our guests.”
The move comes after we previously reported that The Designer Rooms announced in September that it would close its Silverburn store after six years.
The company described the departure as disappointing but alluded to new opportunities on the horizon.
The sad news came a few days after, it was confirmed that The Designer Rooms would open a new clearance outlet at Braehead Retail Park in Renfrew.

A social media post from the company said: “Did you hear there’s a brand-new Designer Rooms Clearance store at Braehead retail park?
“Well, now you have. It’s just a few doors down from the main showroom.”
The arrival of Footasylum is part of Silverburn’s ongoing strategy to refresh and expand its retail offering.
