Armed cops swooped after a large group of people were seen carrying weapons down a UK street. A significant police operation has unfolded in theSheffield neighbourhood following an emergency incident.
Photographs captured a group of individuals making their way down a road in Page Hall brandishing an assortment of weapons on Monday, February 2.
Additional footage shows a considerable police response in the vicinity, with numerous patrol vehicles present as South Yorkshire Police work to manage the situation.
Local sources indicate officers were summoned to the Page Hall district at approximately 4.30pm. Specialist dog teams, backup officers and armed response units were all deployed to the scene, reports Yorkshire Live.

Multiple people have allegedly sustained injuries, whilst local accounts suggest several others have been arrested.
