The next phase of a residential scheme in a Merseyside town will be launched as more homes will be made available. Blueoak Estates will release Brigade House, phase two of its West Kirby residential scheme, to buyers later this month.
This follows the first phase, which saw apartments constructed on the site of the former West Kirby fire station. In total the scheme, which saw work begin in October 2023, will comprise 32 apartments.
Phase one, Station House, which consists of 18 apartments, is approaching a complete sell-out. Now, the official launch day for Brigade House will be held on May 17.
Visitors will be given a first tour of the 14 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including the two penthouses.
Iain MacLean, managing director of Blueoak Estates, said: “This is such a fantastic scheme and has really resonated with so many different types of people keen to live in this corner of the Wirral in an accessible, modern home that offers everything and more you can expect from a luxury apartment complex.
“Brigade House marks the second half of the scheme, and whilst we are fast approaching a complete sale of Station House, this gives interested parties a second opportunity to secure a home.

“The site is really taking shape now, and visitors joining us on our first open day can get a real sense of how life here will look and feel.”
He added: “Station House and Brigade House hold incredibly broad appeal, with the facilities, design, and location making this a strong and attractive proposition to almost anyone.
“We believe that this scheme will mark the beginnings of a blossoming new community who will undoubtedly embrace everything that this unique seaside town has to offer.”
