Horse No 1 ACCOLADE START (H331) K C Leung Bumped near the 350 Metres.

After the event K C Leung advised that with blinkers being reapplied he was instructed to hold a more forward position than its most recent starts.

Horse No 2 BEAUTIFUL WIN (J250) J Orman After the event J Orman advised that the instructions were to hold a midfield position.

He said BEAUTIFUL WIN commenced well today and then when it travelled strongly in the early stages he elected to allow it to stride forward and lead.

Horse No 3 JOLLY JUMPER (K110) P N Wong In the Home Straight lay in, resulting in its rider Apprentice P N Wong having to stop riding and straighten on a number of occasions.

Sent for sampling post-race.

Horse No 4 SMASHING EXPRESS (J252) B Avdulla Jumped only fairly.

Horse No 5 SUPREME WINNER (J255) A Atzeni Near the 350 Metres had some difficulty obtaining clear running when improving into a narrow run between LAPRAS and ACCOLADE START.

In this incident SUPREME WINNER made contact with ACCOLADE START.

Horse No 6 SMART BEAUTY (G477) A Badel From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Near the 750 Metres was steadied to avoid WINNING TURN.

Horse No 7 FAMILY FORTUNE (H447) L Ferraris Near the 750 Metres was checked to avoid WINNING SEVEN when that runner was steadied when taken out slightly by WINNING TURN.

After the event L Ferraris confirmed that his mount raced keenly in the middle stages and this was the principal reason for the horse having to be checked near the 750 Metres.

Horse No 9 CHATEAU LE PECHE (H471) C L Chau Bumped at the start and then raced tight to the inside of SMART BEAUTY which shifted in slightly.

From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

After the event C L Chau reported that his mount was out-paced in the early stages due to it stepping back in distance and as a result did not run on when placed under pressure in the Home Straight.

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Horse No 10 CASA LEGEND (G126) M F Poon After the event M F Poon stated that when the pace of the event eased in the middle stages CASA LEGEND then had difficulty in finishing the race off strongly in the Home Straight.

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Horse No 11 GANGNAM STAR (H326) Y L Chung Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.

Horse No 12 LAPRAS (H374) M Chadwick Lay in in the early part of the Home Straight when placed under pressure.

Sent for sampling post-race.

Horse No 13 WINNING TURN (J163) H T Mo Made contact with a rail on the way to the Start, was examined by the Veterinary Officer and passed suitable to race.

A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Horse No 14 WINNING SEVEN (J005) K De Melo Jumped awkwardly, shifted out and made contact with CHATEAU LE PECHE.

From a wide barrier was then shifted across behind runners in the early stages.

Taken out slightly near the 750 Metres.
