{"id":100265,"date":"2025-05-14T08:06:17","date_gmt":"2025-05-14T08:06:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/100265\/"},"modified":"2025-05-14T08:06:17","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T08:06:17","slug":"%f0%9f%87%ab%f0%9f%87%b7-france-emilie-mazoyer-spokesperson-for-eurovision-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/100265\/","title":{"rendered":"\ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 France: \u00c9milie Mazoyer Spokesperson for Eurovision 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The French broadcaster has announced that \u00c9milie Mazoyer is its spokesperson for the jury voting in the Grand Final of Eurovision 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9milie Mazoyer will be announcing the results of the French jury during the Grand Final of the 69th Eurovision Song Contest. \u00c9milie is a radio and television presenter, she has worked at multiple radio stations and has presented on France Bley since 2022. On television she has worked at TF1, M6, Virgin 17 and most recently on France 3.<\/p>\n<p>The announced spokespersons for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 so far are:<\/p>\n<p>France will be represented this year by Louane and her song \u201cMaman\u201d. As a Big Five member, France is automatically qualified for the Grand Final of May 17. Since then they have participated in every contest aside from 1974 and 1982. Their withdrawal in 1974 was caused by the death of President Georges Pompidou, while 1982\u2019s withdrawal was a result of TF1 declining to enter the contest. France has won the contest on five occasions, the most recent being in 1977 when Marie Myriam performed \u201cL\u2019oiseau et l\u2019enfant\u201d.
