Now seafood is loaded with the Omega 3 fatty acids, especially that DHA,&#8217; she stated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;Number two on my list is apples. They contain quercetin which is an important antihistamine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;Number three on the list is seaweed.
