It has been formally submitted for approval by Aaqib Javed.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the proposed reforms, the biomechanics lab currently located at a local university will be relocated to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Lahore. The upgraded facility will provide cricketers with access to state-of-the-art equipment and advanced training software.<\/p>\n<p>The plan also outlines the revitalization of high-performance centers in Faisalabad and Sialkot. Sialkot will cater to under-13 and under-15 players, while Faisalabad will offer long-term training programs for the under-17 age group.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, 30 to 35 players will undergo training at the NCA to enhance the national team\u2019s bench strength. New regional centers are also in the pipeline, including an under-19 facility in Multan and a dedicated center for women cricketers in Karachi.<\/p>\n<p>Sources indicate that early preparations for upcoming Test series are already underway. However, a head coach for red-ball cricket will not be appointed immediately.
