People have been told to \u2018expect delays\u2019 as roadworks take place on a series of key A roads across Greater Manchester. Areas affected include Ashton-In-Makerfield, Rochdale<\/a>, Salford<\/a>, Wigan<\/a>, and Oldham<\/a>.<\/p>\n Street works can be carried out for a number of reasons including changes being made to a road, emergency repairs, as well as work by utility companies.
