A home on the same Edinburgh street as crime boss Mark Richardson\u2019s family has been targeted in the latest escalation of Scotland\u2019s brutal gangland feud.\"MarkMark Richardson<\/p>\n

A property on the same street as mob boss<\/a> Mark Richardson’s family home has been targeted weeks after underworld sources warned a Dubai-based Mr Big waging war on the kingpin was “desperate for a kill”.<\/p>\n

The home, on Cumnor Crescent in Edinburgh<\/a>, was targeted on Saturday night. It is understood that a female relative of Richardson’s still lives in the street. The extent of the damage at the property is not known.<\/p>\n

Police<\/a> confirmed that a 23-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident.<\/p>\n

The man has also been charged over a separate attack at another address on Campion road in the city that took place on the same evening.<\/p>\n

A home in Cumnor Crescent was targeted<\/p>\n

We reported<\/a> on Monday that thugs were filmed kicking in the door of the property on the day that Mr Big \u201crejected a truce offer\u201d with his enemies.<\/p>\n

A clip, shared by a group called Tamo Junto who claim to be Mr Big’s enforcers, showed masked thugs smashing windows of the property at around 6pm.<\/p>\n

No one is believed to have been injured in the \u00adincident.<\/p>\n

Richardson, 38, is currently in HMP Low Moss.<\/a> He is understood to have sparked the dramatic turf war currently sweeping Scotland after his cronies stole \u00a3500k of cocaine from Mr Big in March after handing over fake notes.<\/p>\n

A number of homes, business and cars linked to the hood were firebombed in the wake of the betrayal as the violent feud erupted.<\/p>\n

Mr Big listed Richardson at the top of a high-profile hit-list last month as he offered footsoldiers \u00a3100k bounties for the heads of his targets.<\/p>\n

The list also included some of the most feared crime clan members in the country, including Glasgow<\/a> gangster Steven ‘Bonzo’ Daniel.<\/p>\n

A source said at the time: “Mr Big is desperate to kill someone from the Richardson and Daniel mobs and is livid that it hasn’t happened yet.<\/p>\n

“The firebombing campaign was just a way to hurt them financially – but he wants blood now.”<\/p>\n

Tamo Junto have since claimed credit for a string of attacks on Richardson’s associates, most recently targeting the plush Edinburgh home of his close pal David McMillan snr for the second time in three weeks.<\/p>\n

On April 17, 54-year-old McMillan’s property on Pitcairn Grove – which had children sleeping inside – was attacked by two masked thugs who set the front door on fire before fleeing.<\/p>\n

The attack happened on the six year anniversary of the assassination of Trainspotting T2 star Bradley Welsh, who was also pals with McMillan.<\/p>\n

On May 8, hooded yobs wearing face coverings torched a luxury white Land Rover Defender in the driveway of the property after his family returned from a shopping trip.<\/p>\n

An image taken in the aftermath of the blaze showed a charred baby seat in the back of the burnt out car.<\/p>\n

The home of Richardson’s younger brother Dale was also attacked on May 6, images show blue tarpaulin covering a window after officers attended the 35-year-old’s property in Bellenden Gardens at around 8.50am.<\/p>\n

Bonzo Daniel and his men have tried to negotiate a peace deal with Mr Big after he and his family became key targets. An underworld source revealed his offer was laughed off.<\/p>\n

A factory unit in Bishopbriggs linked to Daniels’ henchman Craig ‘Rob Roy’ Gallagher was firebombed on April 8.<\/p>\n

A 72-year-old woman and 12-year-old woman were rushed to hospital after balaclava wearing thugs kicked in a door in Milton looking for a senior member of the Daniel family on April 12.<\/p>\n

On April 14, Bonzo’s home at John Marshall Drive in Bishopbriggs was torched, while his uncle Norman Daniel’s home on Colston Drive was set on fire on the same night.<\/p>\n

Five days later, on April 19, a house registered to Steven ‘Bonzo’ Daniel’s mum Annette was attacked as the crime feud showed no signs of slowing down.<\/p>\n

And on Tuesday, we reported that Bonzo’s cousin Kelly ‘Bo’ Green’s home on Drumchapel Road in Glasgow was attacked in the early hours of the morning.<\/p>\n

Kelly, 45, is the daughter of late kingpin Jamie Daniel and she is the widow of crime clam enforcer Kevin ‘the Gerbil’ Carroll who was famously shot dead in an Asda carpark in Robroyston in 2010.<\/p>\n

Issuing a statement on the attack at Richardson’s home, a Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 23-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with damage to properties in Edinburgh.<\/p>\n

“The incidents happened at properties in the Cumnor Crescent and Campion Road and areas of the city during the evening of Saturday, 10 May, 2025.<\/p>\n

“He has been charged and is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday, 15 May, 2025.”<\/p>\n
