But as more people turn to these treatments, which mimic the appetite-suppressing hormone GLP-1, more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newscientist.com\/article\/2471188-ozempic-is-increasingly-being-linked-to-vision-loss-whats-the-truth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">potential side effects<\/a> are emerging, including hair loss.<\/p>\n<p>Evidence of this first appeared during <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novo-pi.com\/wegovy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clinical trials of Wegovy<\/a>.
